Where can I find the tools in Windows 2003 to Windows XP?

I have to learn how to configure DNS, Web and mail server using the tools that come with Windows 2003 Server.But only have Windows XP. I realize that there are much better options that the creation of these servers, but I have to learn to Windows 2003.Is them in a spot where I can download these tools?
