How Do I Mod a Game on 360?

I have a Mem stick (4GB) and i want to mod Call of Duty 5 (World at War).
The thing is i have not got a clue what to do, I have downloaded Xplorer Xbox 360 and CoD Mod Tools 1.4 – I says i have to copy the items into the game root directory(???)
I am trying to get the CoD Mod for zombies weapons drop and flying and paintball etc.
Plz Help.
