How to start Windows Vista Speech Recognition?

I have Windows Vista and I just noticed the other day, this voice recognition software. I thought it would fun command your computer with your voice. But when I click on the control panel and ease of access and speech recognition then just says if you like to learn more about speech related tools and support from Microsoft, visit the Microsoft Online Speech Community. I tried that, but that's just a lot tutorials. I get it running. Where's the button? The Microsoft website says that automatically come with Windows Vista, but apparently not you? Is there a specific program you need to download, store or something? Please, does anyone know? And the program has to be free (I'm only doing this speaks for fun) And when I do it were shown but I get the same message because it is the same program
