Vista Tools Free
Anyone know any good free mp3 cutter software?
Hello, anyone know of any good free mp3 cutting software, useful for making ringtones and presentation music, but where you select the parts by the sound waves rather than just the start and end time (although recommendations for that are also welcome).
I used to use the one on motorola phone tools but I no longer have that phone, even so the software is incompatible with vista.
