Can’t find downloaded files in Firefox?

I download a couple of files last night, but couldn’t be bothered to install anything before I went to bed.
Today they are nowhere to be found, any ideas?
I’ve looked under tools>Downloads. Other files are there, the ones I downloaded are listed, but nothing opens. Right clicking, open and open folder are greyed out. One of these files was a huge iso, I’m a little worried as to where they’ve gone and what they might be up to.
I know they were in the downloads folder, I opened it up when they finished and ran a Virus check.
I’ve look in that folder now, and nothing. I’ve run a search for the files in question, not just indexed locations but everywhere, and done the same for downloads and opened up everything that turned up.
I’ve since run anti virus and malware sweeps on the whole system and come up clean.
The truth is I don’t really want to download a 4gb file again, as I’ll go way over my usage cap…

Well i ve a idea. If u cn’t find ur file, just download that file again. When u gona save that file it would probably say file already downloaded then right click and open containing folder. Good luck
