Best tool for mini router table?

I can not decide what is the best choice. Milescraft 1098 Router Table Dremel rotary tool 231D or router table. Milescraft has a lower price. Both appear in the photographs. I could not find any comparisons or comments you in advance. Let me use with XPR400 Dremel. And 231-400 adapter required. Milescraft necessary? Anyone have experiance in both, can give advice?
