What are the most common tools needed?

I am interested in opening a tool rental business. I would like to know which are the most rented tools. Possibly if you work for home depot or something let me know whats up.

Start out some what seasonal, logsplitters in the fall, pressure washers in the spring, but always have the essentials on hand like ladders, plumbing snakes, basically a tool someone will need at least once in their life that they don’t want to buy, most of the rentals I use have a list of tools and prices, small handtools are a waste of time, mostly just get lost or never brought back, I’ve been to a few rental stores that offer more than tools, they have port o johns, tables, chairs, hotplates, things people would rent for party’s or catering.
