about learning flash 8?

Hi, does any one know about any free virtual link to learn flash 8?

I follow the tutorial and the book but is confussing for me because neither shows pictures of names for tools and other things and I am a bit stuck.

I am new at all this so please help if you can.

Do I need the book aside of the tutorial or is enought with the tutorial?

I think www.kirupa.com is one of the best. It provides you downloadable fla sources and detailed tutorials. The tutorials divide in three: basic, intermediate and advance. There are uther sections that might be of interest, like 3D in flash.
