People who have success in their given fields have learned to use tools for effective time management and therefore are able to do more in less time and with less stress. Here are some ideas to help you manage your time better.
The first thing you do is remove clutter organize y. This is the hardest thing to many people, I know it's for me! If you're one of those whose filing system is the top of your desk and you have papers, notes, books and all place then here is where to start. Keep your list with you all the time for you to get some things like phone calls between the waiting time as in traffic or waiting lines to pick up children at school.

On the other hand, if you are the techie type keep yours with you at all times along with a scheduler so you can also write notes and appointments that may require more that allows your PDA.

Just try to fit in a few hours in the night during the week instead of watching television. Once you get used to it you'll be amazed how much stress it takes and how much time it will da.
