Shorcut for perfomance options (Vista)?

In the control panel, there are performance options where a user can change his or her visual options for performance or appearance. On vista, this option is called “Adjust Visual Effects” and is a side option to the left in the Control Panel under Performance Options and Tools. I want a quick way to switch Vista’s appearance settings for performance or appearance. Can I get a shortcut to this either under the Right-Click Context Menu or as a shortcut icon on the desktop? If so, how do I do it?

Right Click on Desktop>> NEW >>Shortcut

Type only:

Control PanelAppearance and PersonalizationPersonalizationWindow Color and Appearance

and click next and name your shortcut and you will be done.
