tools manage add ons
how do i enable add ons when i can’t go to tools then manage add ons?

one day my add ons just turned to disabled. and with that disabled i cont do anything. i have searched and searched and everytime it told me to go to tools…. manage add ons. well i did but when i got to the manage add ons it wouldnt allow me to click on it. how do i make it so i can click it? please help and save me from the headaches and stress i have been going through. HELP (:
