Internet Explorer Script messages….?

When I try to go into certain web pages I get an Internet Explorer Script Message. I went to my tools, internet options, then the advance tab and clicked on disable script debugging. I restarted my computer but I am still getting these messages, why and how do I make them stop? This is happening pretty often and becoming a nuisance.
