The web is stuffed to the gills with so many choices for tools and software packages designed to streamline your business that is difficult to decide what will be right for you. Here are some we found to work very well – and some of them are free!

Web Hosts

If you are new to online marketing or an experienced veteran, sometimes reached a point in your career where you need a different hosting service. If you're like me, you have more of a working website for you and you need something called bulk or reseller account and I really like HostGator for that.

When you go there you will have the opportunity to buy account or a reseller or go with a shared plan. While the shared plan is cheaper – and more attractive in some respects – Do yourself a favor and go to the reseller account. It's $ 10 a month more, but you get more flexibility in the addition of many websites. Do not worry about the word "dealer". You do not have to be in the business of selling web hosting programs have a reseller account. Believe me, I went with the shared plan at first – I thought I was so smart! – And ended up having to upgrade to do everything I wanted, which took time and some money to do so.

HostGator comes with Site Studio is a constructor websites. It's $ 2 extra per month per site use, but worth it. WYSIWYG is that you do not need to know HTML and have a button to publish what is not to worry about transferring files through an FTP server. You can easily upload files to your site on HostGator through file manager if it does in other web development program.

Project Organization

Are you someone who does better with a visual map or chart in front of you? Me too. I found this cool software that lets you create visual graphics with notes, attachments and even attachment site, called Mindjet. You can download a 21 days free trial to see if you like and guide you through tutorials on how to use most features. Recently I used to draw a project drafting of new texts and it worked like a charm.

Link Cloaking and tracking

If you've done all the affiliate marketing — or are thinking about it – There are 2 tools that do not want to be without: Click the Audit and Tiny URL. These two help clean up those large, thick-looking affiliate links and help with the details of the tests.

Click the Audit: You can set up a free account and track advertising campaigns are work and know instantly that they are not. If you know you will be sending an advertising campaign in several different places, a group created for the campaign advertisements and create separate links for each publication.

For example, if you're doing an article you will submit to EzineArticles.com and Netpreneurnow.com, establish two different links so you can see how many times the link is clicked on each publication. Make sure to link different for each place is running an ad to try it.

Tiny URL: This is an indispensable element any marketer. It is long links in the short and also masks an affiliate link. Some people do not click a link that is an obvious affiliate link. It is free to use. Head to rel = "nofollow" href = "http://www.tinyurl.com"> http://www.tinyurl.com to check. I love it and use it all the time.

Microsoft Word Toys

If you write anything in your business and would love to be able to have a split screen to go back and forth between projects, here is the best thing since, well, Windows. It is freeware Microsoft's Windows XP that lets you have two, three or four virtual desktops. It's called Virtual Desktop allows you to split the screen in up to 4 different screens simultaneously. Generally only used 2 at a time, but you can keep opening screens and will be on top of another.

After downloading the free software, find a space blank in XP toolbar [of the bottom of your screen where all the startup icons], right click to find tools, click that and search Desktop Manager. Click on that and should be fixed. There is also a reading file for these toys that will guide you through the quick setup.This must avoid the expense two monitors or other video card.
