In case of holding Rummage / Yard Sale …?

I organize my parents house and clean the mess charges that others may find valuable (shoes, bags, clothes, furniture, kitchenware, tools). It may take me a couple of weeks until we can complete the "garage sale pile," but I ideas where I can have them. I can not stand in front of our house because it is a busy street and nobody would go. I can rent a space (not expensive because I'll sell cheap things). Thanks for the help! =)

Make it a social gathering among friends and relatives. Send a invitaion to them informing them that will have a garage sale and tell them to friends with them. In that case, you be sure that their stuff is in good hands and his place would be safer from the bad elements, as holduppers etc.
