Where can I get a tool to update the details of the asset portfolio over the Internet?

I know this can be done because I seen it done in 2 companies, but I know where I can buy / download something that: – 1) It gives a website to go to / login to. 2) It then displays the account details of ads (such as address, telephone etc) 3) It gives you the option to make changes and save through the website. 4) The updates are stored in AD and visible in Outlook, etc.
