Are there any good editing tools for Pinnacle or Windows Movie Maker?

I only have Pinnacle or Windows Movie Maker as an editing software. I was wondering if you can add clip art or anything? or if there was a way I can make my Eyes glow red or some cool tricks you can do that compares to finalcuT?

as a program myself, I advise reinstalling it.
