How do I fix my Internet Explorer?

My tool bar of Internet Explorer has gone blank! There are no buttons, nothing more than a blank blue bar at the top of the screen above the yahoo and a red X in the bottom of the screen. I can not enter my tools, its not there! My Favorite non-existent. Nothing. Everything was fine until 1:00 yesterday afternoon. I have tried a system restore and tried to remove the Internet 7, but I can not get it out of my computer to go back and down load it. I would appreciate any help here. I sent emails to Microsoft and did not help. I've been in my panel control and add, remove programs and click the Internet Explorer 7 and remove but it gets half way threw it and gives me a copying error and not delete it. Well, I've tried everything here and I can not delete this damn Windows Internet Explorer 7 Beta 3! Will not let me download it again, remove and can not find any files to the execution repair?? Help !!!!!!!! Please:)

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP Click "Start", then click "Control Panel". Click "Add or Remove Programs." Check "Show Updates" at the top of the table dialog. Scroll through the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 is running, and then click "Change / Remove."
