What business tool could use the options on weight?

I have options of different suppliers, I have to analyze. The table or matrix could use to make a better decision?

Just use the simple, but effective "Ben Franklin's decision to help." It sounds fancy but everything is a sheet of paper divided into three columns. In the left column the list of factors for a particular option. In the list of the central column of the factors against the option. (Note, do not list a professional and a con on the same line. In the right column into a more or less the point value for the factor of the line. Just add the point value for each of your options and compare. If an option is the clear winner for its decision. If two or more options are of a profound revision of the point values to see if you wish to modify. Then select the option you are trying to make the best of both.
