How Do I Get People To Join My AWESOME Mailing List?

I have a blog (http://helpandtools.blogspot.com) and I give out free Computer Help & Tools + FREEBIES. The problem is that I also have a mailing list in which I’m planning to give out how-to articles, coupons, news and updates, more freebies and tools and many other things but I don’t know how to get people to join. I guess the reason I don’t have many subscribers and that’s a problem too…please help! Visit my blog and tell me what I need to change to get more subscribers please!!!

people are going to be reluctant to join a mailing list because there is so much spam happening nowadays. I would just advertise it on your site in a positive way. Assure people that the information you will be sending is useful and that they will not be spammed. Also work on promoting your site. If more people visit the site, more people may join your list.
