All my toolbar buttons are suddenly missing and when I try to re-add them nothing happens. How do I fix this?

I’ve had the Yahoo! Toolbar for a long time and all of a sudden the buttons disapear and when I try to re-add them it doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didn’t help.

Use the ie icon to start a new frame. Reboot if you have to.
