How to add multiple tabs in Internet Explorer using the Yahoo toolbar?

I want to add multiple tabs on my Internet Explorer to that i dont have to open a new window again and again. I was using until a few minutes ago, but someone was fiddling with my PC and tabs missing!

See the little icon that looks like a pencil in your Yahoo! toolbar? Press the black arrow next to Options and select Google Toolbar. Where it says more options, make sure it is enabled Enable Tabbed Browsing.
