Computer download toolbar?

I was wondering if I can download a toolbar that looks like a toolbar is Apple computer a lot of icons on the bottom and you can see all desktop icons. I have Vista installed on my computer for school, and I want to take it to another level and find this toolbar. Can anyone help or know of a website which you can download this?
