Self-defense and martial arts councils – the role of instruments and objectives of maximizing the power of attack

In a self defense / self protection situation, once conflict becomes physical, you need to do the work quickly (within 30-60 seconds). The objective Each strike was in order to neutralize the opponent. To produce an injury that fundamentally changes the normal functioning of the body.

For such a cause of injury, you must generate and transfer the maximum amount of kinetic energy in the target … … you must optimize your attack power.

There are four elements necessary to maximize hitting power. Four elements to achieve the necessary power to injure an opponent. These four elements are as follows: The structure, body in motion (kinetic energy), an appropriate tool, and a particular version of the target.

This article is limited to a discussion of the third and fourth components – a tool and a specific objective.

Tool term describes the weapon's upper body or lower are used to hit the mark. It is through between body movement (kinetic energy) and the target.

To maximize the power of attack, the tool is structurally sound and prepared for impact. We give you the opportunity to attack the body's weight and not just the weight of their members.

An appropriate instrument will result by an injury to his opponent and not you. Always observe the following principles: keep it simple and easy (KISS), the most closest weapon to target, and not too sweet, smooth drive.

In point of contact with the target, the tool, with the rest of your body is a solid unit. However, beyond this initial contact, the tool is their intention to penetrate deep into your body opponents. To achieve this penetration, we use the potential energy stored in our muscles to grow and develop and operate or rotate the tool through and beyond the target.

In competitions, martial arts goals, such as eyes and the groin are off limits and for good reason. A thumb in the eye or a knee to the groin has the potential to cause injury serious. It is for this reason that the eyes and groin are excellent targets for self defense / self-protection. protect legitimate defense and the car is not a passive act, not violent, but it is the preservation of himself and what he must do work quickly.

The best targets are those that will result in an injury that requires medical assistance. They are the weaknesses in the human body, regardless of sex, size or muscle mass. When hit properly, which are the points on the human body that will result not only of injury but also an involuntary response predictable.

There are hundreds of targets in the human body. There are many tools that can be used in self defense and martial arts. But not all stick to self-defense or the beginning of self-protection and performance criteria described in this article. The following is a list of instruments and goals that I prefer and recommend:

Tools – Palm heel, hammer in hand, forearm, elbow, shoulder, fist Vertical Fist Eye Phoenix, front kick, knee, step and walk Oblique Kick Side Kick

Goals – Eyes, ears, nose, chin, Neck, throat plexus, the clavicle, Solar, liver, spleen, kidneys, groin, thigh (femoral lateral cutaneous nerve), knee, shin and ankle

With these tools and objectives, its purpose is to harm, injure his opponent. To do this, you must generate and transfer as much as possible kinetic energy on target. You must optimize your attack power.

Use an appropriate tool for a specific purpose is major ingredient in the recipe to make the greatest attack power, but as explained earlier in this article and previous articles, there are four elements that must be present. These four elements are the structure, the Board of motion (energy kinetics), a suitable tool and a specific target.
