Tool Boxes For Trucks
Are S-10 from 1995 to 2001 good trucks to use as a work truck for an electrician?
Also do they come in 4-by-4?I was thinking about getting a regular cab and put a tool box on for all my tools so is that a good idea also?
It”s the S-10 pick-up’s
The Chevy S-10′s were pretty decent trucks. They come in both 2WD and 4WD models, single cab, extended cab, and I believe for a year or 2 they had a 4door model also.
I would recommend getting a camper shell that’s lockable with tinted windows on it to store your tool box in.
If you get a 4WD model, make sure you get the V6 engine. The 4 cylinder engines were pretty underpowered.
Don’t expect to get very good gas mileage out of these trucks either the 4.3L V6 engines aren’t known for fuel economy.
