Is Tool (its a band) ever coming out with a new album?

Lateralus was awhile ago, can anyone tell me if they know that Tool is planning to record another one or if they just stopped producing?

I here they’re touring this year. I also read an interview stating we won’t have to wait as long as 6 years for their next album. I’ll go with a yes.
