A. DESIGN tab under Table Tools
B. TABLE menu
C. BORDERS button
D. HIGHLIGHT button

First make sure to click and select the row. Then go to the
Table menu.
Click on the paint can (fill feature)
Select the color by clicking on the small arrow next to the paint can.
