What is the best web-based software project management?

There seems to be many options. Many people recommend basecamp. I've tried, but not the tool we need. I'm sure it's great, but not for us. It's more a communication tool. Do not build Gantt charts. By Please indicate what other tools are worth looking at.

Come on! MS Project is not based on the Web! It is one of the worst management applications I used Project. You may want to look at Wrike.com. We started using it about 4 months and is doing a great job so far. Our team is placed in 4 different cities and is very useful for us all to observe all things relevant project in one place anywhere. Wrike has a timetable that stand for graphics Gantt. The coolest thing about these deadlines is that you can drag and drop tasks and dates right on the timeline.
