How do you show the tool bar on photoshop?

I’ve somehow managed to hide the tool bar (with the paint/ lasso tools ect.) how can I get it to show again? This is probably really obvious, but I don’t know how to do it xD

Window > Tools
Tab toggles the current settings off and on. If it wasn’t already set to display, it won’t come back by pressing tab.
