OK, so I had this job Goodyear tire shop on wheels and they made me sign a release of liability which states "the customer does not recommend no responsibility for scratches "and asked its partners tires b fine right? I mean, these r all u guys chrome rims for sale, or cannot b Scratchin up. to do business with individuals or? She Said Yeah all the tools that technicians use the plastic r. few hours later he returned to retrieve my wheels and have numerous scratches, not a few, which are everywhere. These wheels are Immaculate, when he left and looked like trash when I picked it up. so my? is quite obvious that the release of my signature, that hold in court? there were no witnesses, there was in my opinion, gross negligence, I just do not believe companies can get away with something like this. And I know, just bein on this planet for 29 years that the air contracts arent tight. Does anyone have any 1st hand exp with a situation like this?
