Restore Toolbars Internet Explorer

How do I disable inPrivate settings on internet explorer 8 with vista?Nothing is working!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!?
Recently I had to do a system restore on my laptop (a Toshiba Satellite) and everything seemed fine but now this really annoying “InPrivate” mode has apparently been activated whenever I open a new internet explorer browser (I have IE8). I have done everything to try to disable it (downloading a .reg file, going saftey>InPrivate filter settings and selecting off, and clicking on that little “InPrivate browsing” icon in the bottom right hand corner of my browser and selecting off) and nothing has worked. I even went to tools>internet options>privacy to try to unselect the “disable toolbars and extensions when InPrivate browsing starts” setting but it wont allow me to unselect it! I have tried everything to disable that stupid “InPrivate Browsing” thing but NOTHING has worked!!! I’ve searched all over the internet for help but there is nothing for disabling the “InPrivate” for a windows vista operating system. I don’t know what else to do!!!! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!!!
Most people welcome the privacy and extra security that InPrivate provides (nobody can steal your details). If you really can’t fnd how to disable it, then Uninstall IE8 which will cause IE7 to automatically come on in its place – and then Update to IE8
