i cant upload/download stuff with virus protection. please help!!!!!?

ok so few weeks back i got a virus and then i installed two virus protection programs cause they both found different viruses they are avast and aviria. i also installed PC tools spyware doctor.
please no “oh download this kind of anti virus….”
but anyways after my comp got fixed of viruses i cant upload vids on youtube (it says unknown error), upload pictures on myspace, i didnt try with my facebook, and i cant use my YouTube Downloader (its keeps saying “unable to get html”) , and if i attach a file to my gmail it will say turn of my firewall and i do for that and i works, i turn off my firewall when i try doing the other stuff and it doesnt work. i have windows 7. is there any advanced setting i should use or should i inactive one of those two (aviria/avast) anti virus protectors????
HELP PLEASE
i have a virus in the chest for avast apparently and what would happen if i uninstall avast?

Having 2 AV’s= not a good idea. Remove avast or avira.
