what security suite do you prefer?

Should I go with PC Tools Internet Security or Avira AntVir Free?
Price does not matter I just need good protection, I also have windows defender (in windows vista)
I use my pc for internet, e-mail, music, videos, pictures, gaming I also want to keep it running at a good speed
dont get avira since it doesnt scan email for viruses, also stay away from norton since this is just a system hog taking a massive system resources.
