When I try to click on some of my cons I on my desk top with the hourglass appears, but the site is not, why?

Well I cons as linewire and forstwire and others, but when I click it true that the hourglass appears, but the site is not open someting that can fix by going to my tool and do something, I never to happen before I can go anywhere on my dest top, but not these and I use to go to them, so if someone please help me.

I hope this does not sound insulting but believes they should participate in P2P networks. It is dangerous (virus, etc) and do not believe that adequate preparation to protect or repair the equipment when the inevitable happens. Good luck.
