Are there any other website which you can download Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 [latest version]?

I have a difficulty and every time you download Mircosoft software web site says there is no validation and I get this "Advantage Tool Kit". Anybody know of another site that can download this? I can not wait to get the latest version.
