New job Opportunity but scared…?

Well to shorten it up. I recently went off of unemployment and my current job totally screwed me over which sucks because i just bought my first house etc, they bumped my salery down 6 dollars an hour.

Well i been putting my resume out there and had an interview with a very large tool manufacture and i meet all there qualifications, except i never been a manager before. And thats what they want me to do. The job pays 65k a year which is VERY good for a 22 yr old with no college imo.

Any tips? Ive never been a manager before.

They need to know you’re not familiar with it. It’s best not to lie because you will be found out and lose the job. If you’re honest and have the skills and personality they are looking for, some companies will train you to become what they are looking for.
