manager tools basics
Can you help with suggestions of what my employees should have to work with them ?????????????????????????

Hi, I am running a new crew of 3-5 young men that are the most prepared around. In the interview process that sounds much more prepared / Experienced, but I do not, which is good because the work is sufficient basis, and currently am still in the process of building our team. The work consists to empty the trash of a house, cleaning, sheetrocking / etc, painting, finishing the job. What I do not know is that I am the master of all homes to remodel. I play like I'm only the administrator of that way I always have the excuse of "my boss", that is not really very far from the truth because I am my own boss. I am basically the only person in charge. I want them to have a core team, (if this is normal)? " because some days I never know exactly what will happen in the workplace. What are some "easy to take to work" tools in a single day all common? PS I'm trying to be firm with them and not I want more "run" struggling to find tools

If you are the "owner" of this operation, how could I possibly do not know what these workers need? You know what you're doing? My guess would be that you have no idea. I've been in the construction business for almost 2 decades and I've never heard of anything like this. Why not hire people who have their own tools, much less even know what tools they need? I suggest you gain experience before you worry about running a crew. These people that hired you know they are a fraud. I have worked for a few different firms had different managers who transmits the orders of the head, only in my case, I met the boss because he / she was a real person. One more thing, how What issue paychecks to its crew? Who signs it? I guess I would have to sign if you own the company. This team already knows that they are a joke.
