How to start your own podcast
In reality, a podcast is that one or more audio tracks you've recorded a special power attached to using RSS. These are the steps to create your own podcast:

1. Find a theme or themes for your podcast that I could write / speak with authority.

2. Buy a microphone to your computer. Any kind will do.

3. Download Audacity (free recording tool audio) that you want to record your voice for your podcast.

4. If you prefer that someone else their voiceover podcasting or have short time, then you could find someone to Voices.com.
I chose to use a voice in Australia, specialist over from Voices.com to record our podcast. His name is Justin and he did a great job.

5. Record your podcast and save it as an MP3 file, or send the script your podcast to your voice more specialized.

6. Now you need to make the RSS feed for your podcast. The RSS feed for a podcast was similar to blog RSS feed – is a simple way to list the details of your podcast in a single XML file.

Apple created the ultimate guide to creating an RSS feed for your podcast you can read here. If you get stuck see what the contents of feed XML feed of our podcast here.

7. Download your MP3 files and RSS feeds in a public folder in your website.

8. Go to Podcasts section in iTunes and click on "Submit podcast link. Enter the URL of your podcast feed, file and follow the instructions.

As you can see there are a couple of hours work involved in creating a podcast using the method I described above, however useful for the purpose.
