The German has its own special Christmas bread called Stollen which has now become popular in many other countries around the world Thew. Today is the bread of AA-like fruitcake. Historians suggest Christollen dates back to around 1400 in Dresden, Germany.

The Stollen was first done in accordance with the doctrine of the Church and only the oats, flour and water and no butter or milk was allowed to became soft and tasteless.
