A modern injection mold making, tool and die or precision machining operation using a variety of cutters and carbide inserts. The center of high speed machining and hard milling applications have increased dramatically this.

In the past it was a bit of luxury carbide small shops tool for the country. High Speed Steel seemed to work very well. Then the job became more complex, the shortened deadlines for weeks, and competition world speeds and feeds pushed to the limit.

Now, carbide cutters, micro drills and carbide inserts used today are of a quality unique and more profitable. Strawberries may cost more, but the amount of precision milling can do is remarkable.

All of these carbide cutters need to be manufactured and sharpen often. This is where the CNC grinding machines and diamond grinding wheels of Excel. These remarkable machines are incredibly capable of grinding cutters large and small strawberries.

Carbide is very difficult to machine in any case, however, these mills produce high quality, large cutters precision all day. Some of the machines are independent in that they are almost silent, do not emit dust or spray cooling in the store. The cutters are inspected land right in the laser machine and then sent to their way of being packaged.
