I have to ask some tool catalogs, but do not know where online?

My dad is in federal prison (along with 1/100th of all Americans on the other). Anyway, are denied access to the Internet so we have to buy things for him. Normally if you want to watch a catalog tool that would go online and search an online catalog. However, can not do that so I have to know where I can find and Snap-On, Matco, Kraftsman and Mac tool catalogs
