Language Tools Windows Vista
Internet Explorer displays characters on title bar?
I keep getting chinese or japanese display on the title bar instead of the usual english name of site. I am just wondering if this is a virus or if I accidentally changed the language. I went to the tools then internet options and clicked on language and it says is in english. If you know how to fix this please let me know. I have windows vista.
