Your hands can spread bacteria and the food being prepared. After handling raw meat raw chicken or fish you should be extremely careful and wash your hands. The meat may contain the deadly bacteria called E. coli. To avoid contamination of other foods, is also important to wash countertops with antibacterial spray and cutting boards, knives and other utensils that touch raw meat. This will ensure prepare foods that will not make you or anyone else who eats it, ill.

Sharps
