does any one know where to get a tube wringer in Australia?

hello~
I’ve been looking for a tube wringer(it is a tool for ppl to use it on their painting colours tube or hand cream tube or toothpaste tube.then u wont waste any single drop) for a whole month…in Australia…I know that I can get it in Juarlique.but it costs 45$ !!!then I found a painting supplies store from its website,but when I went to the store ,they said they’re not selling this kind of tools for long long time>.<
they suggested me that I can find the tool in supermarket.especially the toothpaste area...I know it sounds reasonable...but I still cant find the tool>.< so...is there anyone could tell me ,where to get this kind of tools?
