I could not edit the any image, because there is no image related plug in?

I had deleted the windows image tool.
When ever i want to edit any(jpeg, jpg, gif, png etc..) image i am receiving a message like this
” the file does not have a program associated with it to perform this(editing) action. Create an association in the folder options control panel’.
If it is the plug in problem, tell me how to download a plug in for free

If you want to re-install the windows paint program, you can go to the microsoft support site. Just google “microsoft support” to find the link.

If you want a really good and free image editing program you can get “GIMP” at http://www.gimp.org .

The microsoft support site will have all the “built in” things for whatever windows operating system you are using.
