i tried to install free norton spyware scan provided by yahoo, but it does not download, why?

I upgraded to Microsfot IE 7 today. I have the brand new Yahoo Toolbar where among many other icons, there is a grey shield-shaped icon. When I click on this icon, i get the message “Get your Free Norton Spyware Scan” so, I go thru the download steps and it looks like everyhting is downloading fine, but when i clikc “finished”, there is no Norton free spyware icon on the Yahoo Toolbar. I still only see the grey shield-shaped icon, the one that tells me that I can get my free Norton spyware scan”, does anybody know why, thanks!
