hi i downloaded from sun.com JDK file is: jdk-6u3-linux-amd64-rpm which is a bin file and also BlueJ-220.jar of bluej.org and as stated I have tried the command java-jar-bluej 220.jar in the linux system a popup that asks the JDK directory in the JDK is installed now please tell me Is the directory containing the bin file …. is the directory where JDK is installed? ….( if I do not think) why the popup also says I was pointing the directory to not have a lib subdirectory with tools.jar file. help a beginner like me is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance. do. thanks man can answer now i move the directory containing java bluej for a system containing no other jdk and working?
